Jay Fase is a Swiss composer, producer, and DJ whose musical journey spans decades and genres. Beginning his career in the early 2000’s, composing for acclaimed names such as Soprano and Booba, Jay Fase later co-founded the electronic duo Firefly, releasing three albums and performing live at major venues and festivals around Europe. In 2019, he transitioned into a solo path, bringing a deeper, tribal-infused House sound that guides listeners through textured, spiritual grooves.
Over the years, Jay Fase has released music on several respected labels and produced tracks that resonate across the underground circuit. His work appears on labels such as:

SAWA is collaborating with DJ MISS RAY & AVOCADO.THEDJ - the powerhouse duo that founded MONATENG MUSIC, the Nairobi-based music project rooted in deep, soulful and melodic house with strong melodies and rhythmic textures that reflect both East African musicality and global underground influences, opening the festivities with a B2B DJ Set from 4 PM to 6 PM
DJ N!K - 6 PM - 8 PM - the Nairobi-based DJ has made a huge impact on Kenya’s most recognised and respected dance floors. This marks his third SAWA appearance.
8 PM - 9 PM - Live DJ performance by AVOCADO.THEDJ & DJ MISS RAY with a Band comprised of Charles Thuo on Keys, & Asonga Jr. Music on Trumpet.
COCO EM - 9 PM - 11 PM - the Internationally acclaimed Headliner, famously known for blending diverse African electronic sounds with afro-house, kuduro, lingala, and hip hop. Recognised as "the hardest hustling DJ" by OkayAfrica, she has performed in over 27 cities worldwide and is a prominent figure in promoting East African electronic music.
RICH MVAZI - 11 PM - 1 AM - SAWA resident DJ with an explosive closing set to end it. Rich Mvazi is one of the most intriguing new talents rising from the Kenyan electronic scene. While influenced by Afro House, his sound has evolved far beyond labels, shaped by a boundless curiosity for music across all genres. Rich crafts dynamic sets that defy convention, blending rhythm, texture, and unexpected transitions with fearless energy.

Her 3-hour performance on the Acid Bogen floor during Kater Blau’s 9-year anniversary was widely acclaimed, while appearances at Bücht der Träumer Festival and the legendary Klunkerkranich further cemented her reputation as a global electronic music force.
Since her epic debut at SAWA in 2024, Avocado.theDJ has become a Resident DJ, consistently delivering performances that mesmerise and elevate every crowd she plays for.

Evan Rhodes is on fire, and that’s the word on the street from anyone who’s caught his electrifying sets or heard his latest releases. A Detroit-born DJ, producer, and classically trained pianist, Evan Rhodes brings over 25 years of experience to the decks, combining flawless ‘old school’ mixing with a fresh, forward-thinking sound.
His music rides the line between Minimal Tech and UK Garage, marked by signature swinging drums, deep grooves, and undeniable depth. With over 50 international releases under his belt, including the top 5 charting "Bounce To This" on Spekkula Records, Evan is a prolific force in the studio as well as on stage.
Rooted in the rich musical heritage of Detroit, he remains committed to pushing boundaries while staying true to the soul of the sound. Whether in the booth or in the studio, Evan Rhodes continues to shape the electronic music landscape, leaving his mark on dancefloors around the world.
